This letter confirms my intent to evaluate and, if performance meets the specified criteria and development updates are positive, possibly proceed with the purchase of at least one unit of the first production version of the UDX Airwolf, an electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.

My interest is based on the product’s performance relative to the following criteria:

• eVTOL technology enhanced by extended flight range capabilities through its wings.
• Anticipated delivery in 2027.
• A unit price of €350,000.

I would appreciate receiving quarterly updates on the technical development of Airwolf to stay informed about its progress.
